Our MAAC Competitive Team has three separate training groups. Our training groups are divided based off of skills and age of swimmers. Please see below to learn more about each group.

Age Group Competitive (AGC)

Our AGC practice group is perfect for experienced summer league swimmers and returning year round swimmers.  Our Coaches strive to provide and create a challenging and enjoyable experience in the pool for our swimmers who like the sport and may be looking to become more involved in swimming (i.e.. more training and/or competing).

Our training focus is on the development of strokes and racing strategies with a significant focus on the stroke and "getting it right" technically. In AGC there is also an introduction to age appropriate strength development with occasional dryland exercises.

AGC Swimmers are encouraged to compete in swim meets, local and travel meets, when available.
